DC Comics One Million Omnibus ?

I've been thinking about continuing my retro time travel reviews into 2014 and I thought about looking into the One Million event. I looked the omnibus up and found that Booster Golds' issue was put into it despite it happing years after 1999 and barely having anything to do with it. I haven't read the storyline yet but I'm considering it if I can get it at a cheaper price.
