The body type makes sense for the role Willis played as a henchman but doesn't fit with how he's appeared in the past. Yes, his appearance has changed from artist to artist but usually you can tell he's Jason's dad at a glance. Nothing in this design reflects any trace of Jason. I'm not sure if the change has to do with the story or not. If this is due to the lab rat role Willis had (assuming he didn't escape earlier) changing his looks, etc. The book hasn't clarified if Jason is aware of Wingman being his dad. We don't know if his appearance changed enough but Willis seems to believe he can pass off as someone else. Otherwise his reluctance to reveal his identity seems kind of weird. Wouldn't Jason quickly recognize his own dad ?
Otherwise Willis would have stayed masked as Wingman, right?
I see Tony Stark but no this is supposed to be Jason. I don't like the facial hair but it is interesting when you consider some designs by other artists for Willis Todd. A few have depicted Willis (prior to his Wingman role) with facial hair. Like the annual when we get a panel of Willis and Jason at the circus. This seems to imply a lot in regards to Jason's relationship with his father especially since he gets his revenge on Penguin by being "the Prince of Gotham." More so if he knows who Wingman is. I don't thing the idea suits Jason in terms of the look but I like the meta message.
