I was thinking about the Solitary and Wingman mysteries when this occurred to me.
This tattoo has been mentioned a few times and Jason uses it to confirm that Solitary isn't Willis Todd. At least the body isn't, Solitary claims he merged with two other people. Still he clearly has no idea what Jason is talking about. In the same issue there's a short confrontation with Wingman. After they fight we get this panel:
Wingman is covering up the same area after his costume was ripped. He's even in the same pose as Solitary while apparently regretting not being honest. Curious choice.
