Does it count as the favor they owe Lex?

When Bizarro was dying Lex Luthor saved him and said he did nothing out of the goodness of his heart.



The implication was that Luthor expects to be repaid in some way, something Jason comments on saying that he's sure it will come back to bite them. Artemis replied that their deal with it when it happens.

Later on Luhor offers Jason a chance to teach some students Luthor wanted to mold into supervillains. Luthor wants it done to further his own goals and having someone that was trained by Batman is appealing. Jason himself doesn't want to be a teacher but accepts for the sake of the students since he worried who would get the job if he said no.

So Jason techically didn't get anything out of the deal. Does that count as the Outlaws repaying their debt to Luthor?
