Some admittedly I care about but no one else seems to mention.
10. Does Michelle know that Rip is her nephew? Because this was kind of glanced over when Booster-Rider became a thing and Rip was referring to him as dad.
9. What is Michelle's destiny?: Yes, Rip says she will help Booster through the dark days ahead (which DC promptly ignored) but we don't see her doing much with the Time Masters. Rip doesn't mention or hint at anything else about her future.
8. Exactly what IS the current canon for Booster? There was a New 52 version from a timeline that disturbed Rip and the older version of our Booster became another Waverider. Now we're in a timeline where Ted Kord is alive again, Booster doesn't seem to know how time travel works, Skeets is evil (did King ever do anything with that plot?) and we don't see him working with Rip. What's canon feels vague at best. Given the state of the DCU you'd think the Time Masters would be more involved.
7. Where did the parts of his uniform come from? Originally I think Booster's gauntlets came from Lex Luthor, etc. but his connections to Superman had to be cut. Thus the origin of some of his gear has been vague, but they had to belong to some important heroes or villains to end up in a museum, right?
6. What's Rip Hunters' real name? Many believe it's Theodore or Edward after Ted Kord. Legends of Tomorrow claim it's Michael. In the comics we never get confirmation but I hope it's something more original than naming him after his dad's best friend or his dad.
5. What did the red scarab do? Black Beetle created a whole alternate timeline, worked with Trigon for an extended period of time, etc. just to create it and we never know what it does? Besides making him more powerful?
4. What happened in Ted Kord's lab? Booster loses the scarab and we see a shadowy figure enter the lab. Much later on Booster goes there with Jaime and reveals the lab only allows Ted Kord and Booster to enter. Many thought that would mean Ted was alive, others thought it had to be Black Beetle. This might be a moot point since Ted is back but who was it?
3. Who is Boosters' future wife and the mother of Rip? While we seen her at a distance (wearing what seems to be the Goldstar uniform) and with blonde hair I doubt Jurgens is saying that she's Michelle. If I remember right he did suggest that the mom might dye her hair. Whoever the mom is she works with her family to protect the timeline/multiverse. Jurgens says we met her before but who is she?
2. Who is Black Beetle and what was he trying to accomplish? This one was teased A LOT but we never got an answer. We couldn't trust anything Black Beetle said as he'd constantly lie. He would manipulate events just to try to become more powerful, but why? What was he really after? Who was he? I had my own theory but I still want this mystery to be solved. This is one of the most frustratingly unanswered plots that truly bugged me.
1. Besides being a Time Master, then fathering Rip, what was Boosters' great destiny? This plot started back in Millennium and while I don't think the plot of him being one of the descendants of the New Guardians is still canon this idea continued. The idea that Booster Gold was going to do something incredible and needed to be protected. This was hinted to be the reason why Mr. Mind and the Time Stealers wanted to discourage Booster rather than outright kill him. So what does he do?
