Did Booster work at a superhero museum? Yes but he also studied them in school. But time travel?

...Are you kidding me? Are you seriously telling me King doesn't know that Booster Gold is a Time Master--the ultimate time travel police--and thinks Booster just randomly time travels for fun?
And how the hell would that time travel trick work on someone that constantly time travels? They could turn up a month later, etc. It should be only a few hours or days. Also? Speedsters like Wally literally can't time travel anymore. That was shown right before Wally leaves for Sanctuary.
There's other things that bother me like Barbara helping Harley and nonchalantly having to remind her that she can't actually kill Booster. Are we REALLY supposed to call Harley a superhero? Or buy the stuff with Skeets?
