Comics where you age people randomly I guess

So in the future (10-20 years ?) Kate is just starting to age, Jason who is at least a dozen years younger than her looks way older and Dick only has grey hairs in his mini series. Tim looks fine although he's not much younger than Jason. WTF.

    Hell, Bruce has gone through four or five Robins and is still only 35!

    That I could buy since he started when he was 25, although they might have made him Batman earlier because of Damian.

    Making Jason look like an older version of Nick Fury while Kate has a couple small wrinkles, Dick has his own version of the Reed Richards hair and Tim just looks like Bruce gets me on an artist level. I don't get why that happens.
