Some are calling it a copycat? Really?
I'm not thrilled with how Marvel is handling the Scarlet Spider stuff but apparently some are saying the new design is taking the hood idea from Gwen. Did everyone forget Scarlet Spider/Ben Reilly was the first spider person to have one since he wore a freaking hoodie?

That's sad, Ben was awesome.
DeleteThe copycat complain is because this costume's hoodie is very similar in design to SpiderGwen's rather than Ben's original hoodie.
ReplyDeleteThe particular complaint I found didn't seem to know who Ben was and thought any spider person having a hood in general was a copycat.
