Day 01 - Your first comic book.
Honestly I can't remember. My sister used to collect comics which got me into it after she stopped. A lot of it was older stuff. I started off by reading Spider-Man and X-Men. But one of the comics I first got as a present was part of the Scarlet Spider mini that someone told my sister was a must have. I do like Ben Reilly even if the plot makes no sense.

This will be fun. I don't remember mine, but my babysitter's son, older than me by 12 years or so read a lot. It had to be either batman or the spectre. I still love him. Granted I don't know if he even exists still.
ReplyDeleteI thought I was the only one who didn't remember their first comic. Spectre? It's likely he still exist but who knows how he changed.
ReplyDeleteThe very first comic I can remember, is Asterix...in French, at the Doctor's office as a little kid.
ReplyDeleteThe first comic that I bought was and Avengers book, with Thor, and Hawkeye and Vision, and it was great. I had a terrible crush on Thor. I loved his hair.
I didn't like Thors' hair when I was little but I love it now.
ReplyDeleteAmazing Spider-Man #273. The Puma tries to hire Spider-Man to team up with him to kill the Beyonder (and his jheri curl). Spidey points out a) he doesn't kill, and b) the two of them trying to kill an sentient universe is nuts.
