Starfire has gotten a lot of new costumes over the years. There's been something of a debate on where she should wear more revealing costumes like her original battle gear or more modest like her Teen Titans cartoon look. There's been duds on both sides. While the JLO design is on the more modest side it's not close to the cartoon look.
In fact it's probably the only uniform I've seen for Kori that has a regal flare to it. I'm going to be honest and state I've gotten tired of the red jewel in front of the neck. Which makes the open v-neck a very welcoming change. Likewise the gems being green like her eyes instead of red feels more fitting.
This is a really well thought out design that has detail without making it look too busy. The additional gold keeps the purple from being too overbearing. The darker purple also helps in this regard while helping define her shape. So far this is my favorite new costume design.
