Not really a review per se.
SPOILERS AHEAD
I enjoyed this story. While I can understand some complaints on this going on so long I think it reads better together (I read the first 7 issues via trade.) I liked the mythos it built up with the Court and although I didn't know about the Thomas Wayne Jr. nods beforehand I appreicate them once I did my research. I didn't get all the tie ins (although I'm thinking about getting Catwoman 9) but the idea of the bats fighting Talons is a lot of fun. (I'm amused that RHATO was the least violent and one of the most emotional confrontations of the bunch. Seriously you don't even see the "death" and the Talon only bleeds once on panel thanks to Roy.)
The only thing that bothers me is the bit with Dick being a potential Talon. I don't hate it but I liked it when Haly was a fun place for him to grow up. And if the circus was being pressured by the man who killed Dicks' parents (Zuko?) then why didn't they call up the Court to take him out? I know this is being milked too much and have no interest in the new series, but I'd love a Elseworld story with Dick as a Talon and to see where the rest of the family would end up.

I've enjoyed the whole Owl storyline as well, but I agree, that having Dick as a Talon is not necessarily the direction I would like to see him go.
